What’s Fresh: So what I really liked about this e-book was that it had a section for people who have access to a gym and workout equipment or a beginner with no equipment at all. They have easy to follow demonstrations for every workout in the e-book, great idea for meal plans, and perhaps my favorite is a 5 Minute Super Stress Buster to end and start your day with a good mindset.

What’s Fresh: Gives a clear example with pictures for each exercise so you do it right. They provide example charts of a good diet to follow. Plenty of extra bonuses when you purchase the product. Very in-depth and detailed information about the things you really need and should know when working out and dieting.
